- Our Girls only
have one or two litters before retiring (to
date only Nekita has had three litters)
- Your
pups parents have proven themselves as reliable family house
dogs.
- Mickey (Michelangelo) is our
family dog he lives with us, all
our other breeding dogs (retired & future puppies
as well) live in selected guardian
family homes on the Gold Coast, Brisbane or NSW border so
they can have one on one attention.
- Parents are tested for Hip & Elbow Dysplasia as well as
DNA tested for Prcd-PRA and Vwd Disease.
- NO Tallai puppy
will therefore EVER in their entire lifetime... suffer from
Prcd-Pra or vWD. Click Here for more info.
- Parents DNA identification is lodged with the
ALA, so you
may verify you received the correct pup if needed.
- Each litter is recorded with the ALA and
your ALA registration papers will follow a few weeks after your
pup arrives.
- Puppies are sold to the best of my knowledge regarding
likely adult size, colour and coat type. However as the
breed is in its early days sometimes a surprise or two is to
be expected.
- We have been breeding Australian Labradoodles since 2004
(have owned doodles longer:)
and all being well we will
continue to Doodle on for many years to come :)
- and last but not
least.....IF needed we can
help you re home pup at any stage.. no questions asked as I
know sometimes LIFE does not always go to plan..
"The Wait/Email List"
As
you will soon come to appreciate there is generally a shortage
of good quality Australian Labradoodle puppy's available. So accordingly I
have started
an " expressions of interest email list" The good news is that it is a no obligation & no
deposit get to know each other sort of list.
When a litter
is due/born their info and photos are placed on the puppies page :)
with more photo's as they grow.... at six weeks of age we then
email our interested families, with information on the puppies
available to them...
Sex, Colour
: better-known at six weeks than at birth
due to the silvering gene
Size : at six weeks I can give a better
estimate of potential adult size
Coat
Type, Body Type : it is
much easier to tell at 6 weeks that at birth
Full Vet Check Information : ALL info
from vets six week check up from nose to paws....good or
otherwise is disclosed (ie Underbite)
Temperament assessment
: "What sort of Personality do they have"
I have a few famous
characters to help me
(you will have to wait and see)
which are used to describe the pups personalities at 6 weeks
(Of course All pups will grow/change depending on what life
brings them and how you raise them, this is purely a fun way
for me to explain how they are going at 6 weeks)
Price
: pups with issues.. ie shedding coats/underbites when they show up are discounted.
If your new pup
is among them... You then ring or email David
(Hubby) or myself (Carla) for more
information and pup/family suitability... The last two weeks at
Tallai the pups are De-sexed and we go through with each of you
what is needed, email some light reading! :)
(yes said with a giggle as there is a fair bit
that we have collected now! )
and of course
answer any questions you may have re bringing up a
Doodle........
Your Puppy is then ready to fly out or be picked up on or after
they turn 8 weeks of age.
How do you get on the Tallai
Labradoodle " Email/Wait List"
To get on the
email/wait list please read the two links at the top of this page and
contact David with any questions via the
Contact Us
page, then fill in the email list form he will email to you. The
dates that the "available puppy emails" are sent are within the litter info on the
puppies page, If you are interested in a pup please make a note of the
date as the pups are usually spoken for quickly....
Domestic Airfreight Costs
The cost of flying a
puppy to almost any airport in Australia would average somewhere between
$180 and $280. Please Email
me your airport info and I will get a current quote for you price
includes hire of crate and all other costs involved with flying. We prefer not to fly our
pups out on International Flights but we can refer you to other fellow
breeders who will.... |
